San Rafael Swell

25" Azul Copper Shade
This Fremont petroglyph is found west of San Rafael Swell in western Colorado. The figure is holding a bird-headed staff with a dangling pouch. An extremely similar staff was excavated from an Anazazi basketmaker site 200 miles to the southwest.
